Performance and Application
OEO-103, OEO-105 is mainly used in:
- This product is dispersed in water, soluble in hot ethanol, hot oil and benzene and xylene and other more than 1 solvent, widely used as w/o type emulsifier.
- In textile, it is one of the components of lubricants (oil-soluble emulsifiers of mineral oil, fatty oil, solvents), and is an antistatic agent for textile processing and production of synthetic fibers, and has good compatibility.
On leather, it is a softener and lubricant for tanning leather.
In ink manufacturing, it is used as an emulsifier. When the pigment oil prepares the ink, the addition of this product can quickly emulsify the grease, facilitate kneading, pulping, and improve the brilliance and lubrication fluidity of the finished ink product.
In metal processing, it is used as an emulsifier for cutting oils, emulsifiers and dispersants for metal cleaning 5 agents and detergent solvents.
In pesticides, used as an emulsifier for insecticides.
